PICS has been taken offline and we have started updating databases and rolling learner data forward to support the 2023/24 contract year.

Over night, and into the morning of Saturday 12th, we will be upgrading PICS to version 23.00. This upgrade is a major upgrade to support the ILR 2023/24 contract year. During this time, access to PICSWeb will be disabled.

Although we aim for minimal disruption, please plan accordingly if you have staff who usually work at the weekend.
